If you ever have a hankering for some green and corn bread this is the dish for you. I made because it just looked so good when I saw Paula make it on TV and my friends and I just loved them. Way to go Paula!!!!!

Wow! These were amazing and well worth the effort! I've always wanted to learn how to cook collard greens and this is a great way to cook them, for any recipe! I loved how the wontons melted in my mouth with the cream cheese filling. I passed a platter around to a bunch of neighbors who were hanging around last night enjoying a late summer evening and they loved them, too. One even thanked me again this morning! Thanks Paula for yet another winner! :)

I tried the Collard Green Won Tons with canned Glory Greens vs. the fresh greens for the sake of time and they were still marvelous! They tasted amazing. It was quick and tasty. My family and I made 2 batches of them! Great one Miss Paula!

I served these yesterday at a gathering at my house. They blew away my guests including me. I was running out of time and thought I would not be able to include them in my menu. But once the mixture was made and put onto the wontons it was smooth sailing. They now enter my growing list of "tried, true and successful treats for company."

FABULOUS!!!

I made these for the first time for my parents while visiting. They are great! Even the neighbors down the street love them! They are moist and flavorful. The time it takes to make them (about 2 1/2 hours, total) it WELL WORTH IT!! Even the filling on it's own is great!!! Although the don't NEED a dipping sauce, we all agreed that we WANT one. A sweet sauce would be great. We were usign Catalina Salad dressing. A spicy hot sauce, like buffalo wing sauce, didn't match well with the flavor. They defiantely match well with a sweet or sweet and sour sauce.

Seriously yummy. This was everyone's favorite New Years Day menu item. Quotes included: "I'll never eat plain collard greens again" to "it's like a chip with the dip INSIDE!"
