This is the first time that I have tried out this recipy and I am so delighted the way it tasted and how easy it was to put together. It is truly a decadent taste and that is what life is all about at times. We have to indulge ourselves. Sure it is "loaded" with calories etc. but who cares. I do not eat this every day and when I consume it I want to enjoy real food with all the ingredients that are part of this delicious desert. I have already recommended it to my friend and she tried one piece and loved it. Thanks for a great time preparing it.It went so smoothly ( and I do not even have a real food processor any more and had to invent something different that worked just as well). Good stuff!

Oh my... easy, delicious and fun to make. I had no pastry bag so I used a small baggie, snipped off a corner and it worked perfectly. A classy dessert!

This recipe is great...but I added a little coffee left over from breakfast. This is a great Sundae topping.

This traditional profiterole recipe is straightforward and yummy. The profiterole technique is easier than others I have tried, but the results are just as good. You can make them a day ahead and put them in a 350 degree oven for 3 minutes just to crisp them back up.

Sauce was great

The porfiteroles were wonderful. Filled them with butter pecan ice cream. I was out of hot fudge, so I made the chocolate sauce--WOW. I used expresso and it was wonderful.

My boyfriend and I made these profiteroles for his 25th birthday last night and they were amazing. The coffee and honey in the chocolate added so much to the flavor! Thanks Ina!
