All the ingredients work together for a combined flavor that is fantastic. I have small kids, so I used sweet turkey sausage (leaner meat) and added crushed red pepper flakes as it browned. YUMMY! Bland 04/15/2008 at 09:48am User: Anonymous User Rating: First time Giada has disappointed me. I followed the recipe to a tee, and it lacked flavor. Perhaps adding some red pepper flakes or tabasco sauce would have helped Fun, Easy & Delicious 04/15/2008 at 12:14am User: Amy from Windsor, CO User Rating: This dish was really easy to prepare. It was quick, delicious and fun as well. Using whole wheat pasta helped to make it a very fillng meal. I added kalamata olives at the end, just because I love them, and was very pleased with the results! My husband also enjoyed it. I'll definately be making this one again! EXCELLENT 04/12/2008 at 08:47pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This is SO good! Gotta try it if you like good pasta. Not my favorite 04/12/2008 at 12:19pm User: suzanne from chappaqua, NY User Rating: too many artichokes... YUM 04/11/2008 at 03:21pm User: Alyssa from Arlington, VA User Rating: Fantastic flavors. I didn't have any frozen artichoke hearts so i used a jar of artichokes in oil. i cut into smaller pieces and added the oil and all. Luckily, I made a large enough batch beacuse my husband took some to work and I also brought some to my father (A REAL Italian Man) HE loved it too!! Thank you for another GREAT recipe!! Simply wonderful 04/08/2008 at 12:00am User: Lori from Visalia, CA User Rating: I was amazed at how easy this recipes is, and how really elegant and wonderful it is when you sit down to eat it. I know it will be great. Thanks Giada for another great recipe! Delicious! 04/05/2008 at 07:59pm User: Leah from Hampstead, NC User Rating: This was an easy recipe, and tasted great! Instead of frozen artichokes, I used the canned version, and it worked just as good. unbelievable 04/01/2008 at 09:03pm User: Julie Ann from Baton Rouge, LA User Rating: probably one of the best pasta dishes ive cooked so far! thanks giada! i left out mozzarella and used dried basil and it still came out fantastic! this is fast and easy. Not Bad 03/31/2008 at 06:22pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Made this tonight. Tasted pretty good...will make again but with less artichokes. Very easy to make!! Yummy! 03/31/2008 at 01:26pm User: DONNA from CARMEL, NY User Rating: I made this with italian turkey sausage and whole wheat pasta. It was fantastic. The flavors blended together beautifully. I will definitely make this again. Great for guests 03/27/2008 at 09:36am User: Janet from New London, CT User Rating: I made this recipe for my husband and liked it so well that I made it for friends the next night. The next day I had to share it with all of them!! Thanks Giada. Pretty Good 03/24/2008 at 09:32am User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this recipe for 6 people and everyone loved it. Some more than others. I wasn't head over heels over this dish because its not my cup of tea. I think the bitterness of the artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes is what I didnt like. I love all the flavors but I did feel like something was missing and I couldnt put my finger on it. I love the way the mozzarella melts in the pasta so beautifully. I also used canned artichokes (I rinsed them) and I used Pino Grigio as my wine. Overall, I would recommend the dish. Great, quick, and tasty 03/23/2008 at 10:34pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Would make this again. Great dish 03/21/2008 at 03:47pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I saw Giada make this and, it looked so good that I made it the next day. Her recipes are always easy to follow and turn out SO good and this is NO exception. The flavors are Great. I did use store-bought sun-dried tomato pesto instead of the sun-dried tomatoes, and the recipe was still good. such a great recipe 03/20/2008 at 08:55pm User: Heather from Bristol, CT User Rating: I made this tonight for my family, everyone loved it and was planning the next time we would have it for dinner. Giada's recipes are always a hit with my family and friends, this one will become a staple now in my kitchen. This was so good! 03/20/2008 at 09:08am User: Beth from Shrewsbury, MA User Rating: I doubled the garlic and fresh basil and 2 (8 oz.)cans of artichokes in water (couldn't find frozen). Also used sweet sausage. All the flavors blended so well. Simple to make, too. Loved it! Crowd Pleaser 03/19/2008 at 09:37pm User: Holly from Tinley Park, IL User Rating: Thought this was an interesting dish when I first saw Giada making it, and I was right. It was hearty, tantalized the taste buds, and was definately a hit. My only complaint about the recipe was the amount of chicken broth that was called for. I found it to be too much, and when the pasta was left sitting in the pan during dinner, it absorbed all the extra liquid making it mushy and overcooked. Next time I will omit the chicken broth altogether, as the wine was enough moisture to pull the pasta together. I did add 8oz button mushrooms to the sausage while it was saute-ing and they absorbed all the juices from the sausage which was very flavorful. I was wary of the sun-dried tomatoes at first also since I dont care for them that much, but I ended up wishing there were more! Fantastic Meal! 03/05/2008 at 02:37pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I've made this for my husband several times. He absolutely loves all the flavor it has! This past Christmas, we did "favorite home dishes" theme, where each household brought their favorite dinner dish, and this was ours. At the end of the night, we went home with an empty dish. AMAZING! 02/29/2008 at 12:50am User: Anonymous User Rating: This was an amazing dish!! This was super easy to make, and everyone loved it! It's my husbands new favorite meal! Out of this world!! 02/22/2008 at 02:01pm User: Anonymous User Rating: My fiance is 1st generation Italian in the U.S. and absolutely loved this recipe, as did I! I did substitute canned artichokes(drained) and added baby portabellas. I seared them with the sausage juices/grease so they wouldn't leach off their water. I also halved the recipe since there was just two of us. What a fantastic dish! 02/08/2008 at 09:08pm User: bonny from fresno, CA User Rating: This is a fantastic dish to serve for a date night or a dinner party. The flavor is out of this world. I made it for our Super Bowl party and it was a big hit. It is very easy to prepare. I found all of the ingredients at the best price at Trader Joes. You won't be dissapointed! WOW! Never thought it would be THIS Good! 01/25/2008 at 09:06pm User: Kay from Parma Hts., OH User Rating: The ingredients sounded good, and we have most of them on hand in our pantry and frig/freezer. When my chef husband put them all together, we couldn't believe what a wonderful meal they became. We made 1/2 recipe for the 2 of us and used canned vs. frozen artichoke hearts. Hot red pepper flakes were added along with the garlic and artichoke hearts for some extra flavor and zip. Fusilli equates to rotini pasta, which we had on hand, and we used dried vs. fresh basil leaves. We diced the artichoke hearts and cut the small fresh mozzarella balls into quarters. Shredded Asiago cheese took the place of Parmesan, and was very, very good. As with many pasta dishes that don't use a tomato-based sauce, it's good to save a bit of the pasta cooking water to add to the sauce to thin it down. The resulting dish was absolutely outstanding and will be a "regular" meal for us. Bravo, Giada! We love it ... and YOU! very good, quick and easy 01/22/2008 at 08:54pm User: Beth from Roeland Park, KS User Rating: Very nice dish. Family loved it. Thank you. MMM... 01/11/2008 at 07:57pm User: VAl from las vegas, NV User Rating: E-A-S-Y and delicious! Great Family Meal 01/07/2008 at 02:00pm User: Becky from Edina, MN User Rating: Very easy and delicious. All members of my family loved it. Didn't have chicken broth so substituted beef broth and it was very good. Will make again. Excellent without sun-dried tomatoes 12/22/2007 at 03:38pm User: Kelly from Chapel Hill, NC User Rating: I made this dish for my husband, and he absolutely loved it. Neither of us care for sun-dried tomatoes, so I used a red pepper instead. I used canned artichokes instead of frozen. The dish was great with sicilian sausage I bought from an Italian specialty store. This dish made a lot of servings, but we froze some servings. I think it will freeze well. Love it! 11/17/2007 at 02:18am User: Paige from Surprise, AZ User Rating: I've made this so many times. I has quickly become one of my favorites. I don't add the mozzarella and substitute shaved parmesan instead. I love the combo of artichokes and sausage. I also used jarred artichokes instead of frozen because I think they lend more flavor to the dish! Gourmet 11/02/2007 at 12:03pm User: SANDRA from NEWPORT BEACH, CA User Rating: This recipe is quick, very flavorful and easy! Everyone loves it! I add a little more liquid (broth, oil, white wine) for more sauce and I definitely use the mozzarella cheese. This is a winner! Fantastic!!! 10/29/2007 at 09:50pm User: Heather from Simi Valley, CA User Rating: This dish was dee-lish!!! I would have paid good money for it in a restaurant. A couple things I did differently (to save time or a trip to the store): I used canned artichoke hearts, packaged shredded mozzarella and pre-julienned sun dried tomatoes. I have made it twice since and will make it again and again!!!!! My diabetic uncle ate the sauce without the pasta as a meal in itself. Wonderfully delicious and oh, so easy! 10/25/2007 at 05:24pm User: Susie from Snohomish, WA User Rating: This is a super recipe if you are just feeding the family at home or having company over! The only alteration I made was to do half Hot Italian Sausage and half Mild Italian Sausage. Otherwise it was a little spicy for me and my daughter. Thanks Giada!! tastes great and is easy! 10/22/2007 at 08:07pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Like all of Giada's pasta dishes, this one is great. I left out the artichokes because of my kids and didn't miss it at all. It was super easy and quick and really tasty. And my one and two-year-olds both loved it! Although I did add the mozzarella, it certainly isn't necessary. different tasty pasta 10/20/2007 at 11:33am User: diane from west babylon, NY User Rating: I MADE THIS RECIPE EXACTLY AND IT WAS SOOOO GOOD. MY FAMILY RAVED. ONE DAUGHTER THOUGHT IT TO BE A LITTLE TO HOT, SO NEXT TIME I MIGHT DO HALF AND HALF. I DID GET THE SASAUGE FROM AN ITALIAN MARKET FRESH SO THAT MIGHT BE WHY SO MUCH HEAT. THIS IS A KEEPER Sooo good !! 10/13/2007 at 10:56am User: Anita from Bigfork, MT User Rating: I absolutely love this dish! I couldn't find frozen artichokes in our small town so I used canned. Wonderful flavor and a snap to make on a night when you want to get dinner on the table fast. Rita Cantrell 10/11/2007 at 06:55pm User: Rita from Homewood, AL User Rating: This is an amazing recipe---easy and delicious. It is great for just the family, friends, or to impress. We love it! Fabulous Dish and Easy Too 10/10/2007 at 03:34am User: Carrie from Kalispell, MT User Rating: I tried this recipe out and absolutely loved it. It looked so elegant and seemed very professional. I have also found that chicken works well in place of the sausage. My husband even appreciated the meal. AWESOME!!!! 10/09/2007 at 09:04pm User: Jennifer from Bexley, OH User Rating: I have made this dish so many times...it's one of my favorite pasta dishes. It's quick and simple...and so delicious and flavorful. My family and friends love it too. You have to try this one!!!! Perfect! 10/08/2007 at 09:44am User: carey from charlotte, NC User Rating: Wow - great recipe. Everyone agreed, its a keeper. Used half hot and half mild sausage. ONLY change I made, was that I added a bit of heavy cream at the last that was left over from another recipe. It added a bit of richness and helped thicken the sauce a bit. Really beautiful and very hearty. fantastic 10/01/2007 at 07:07pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Great taste and healthy with some modifications. Used chicken sausage from Whole Foods and skipped the mozzarella. Delicious with very Hearty servings! 09/30/2007 at 12:58pm User: Jessica from Colorado Springs, CO User Rating: This created a ton of food! I love the gorgeous balance of the sweet tartness of the sun-dried tomatoes, the artichokes (we used to cans, no frozen were available), and the fiery hot sausage. We also substituted rotini (the multi-colored, vegetable infused) just to add some fun. This is definitely a wonderful meal that adults will love if they like the heat of the sausage and grown-up veggies. WOW 09/27/2007 at 01:12pm User: Brie from Temecula, CA User Rating: This was wonderful! Easy to make and a crowd pleaser! Everyone loved it...even my kids! Thanks for another fabulous meal. Very tasty, lots of leftovers 09/25/2007 at 11:47pm User: Janey from Provo, UT User Rating: A lot of yummy flavors put together. I didn't like the italian sausage I picked out, so I'm sure it would have been better with good sausage or even none at all. I loved how there was no skimping on the artichokes hearts. Lots of preparing, but it was fun! Fantastic and easy 09/22/2007 at 04:39pm User: John from Bluefield, WV User Rating: I had never even seen an artichoke until this episode. But, I like filling meals, so I decided to try this recipe. The ingredients aren't expensive, save one: the sun dried tomatoes. But being between 3 and 10 dollars, aren't too bad. I have to say that while cooking this, I didn't expect it to come out very well, but I was amazed at all of the flavors that came together and how the sauce reduced so well. This is by far, out of all the dishes that I have ever cooked, one of my absolute favorites. If you're looking for an easy, flavorful dish that will surprise and please everyone, I (and my family and friends) highly recommend this superb dish!!! Great Dinner! 09/12/2007 at 10:36am User: Anonymous User Rating: This was very easy and delicious. The fresh mozzarella is a must, so don't make it optional! Great for entertaining! 09/12/2007 at 09:29am User: Cristen from Bristow, VA User Rating: It was very delicious, as anticipated! Not a saucy pasta, so don?t skimp on the wine and broth, or it will end up too dry. But anyhow, the pasta left a nice taste in our mouths. Sausage (if you do get the hot version) added a nice spice, the artichoke was salty and tangy, the sun-dried tomatoes added sweetness, and the mozzarella cheese add the ?gooey? factor. And this made a LOT! We both had seconds and there is still plenty for another meal. Truly does serve 6 or more. It was a tad expensive for the artichoke and sun-dried tomatoes, so we will probably reserve this for friends and family. However, this would make a great entertaining dish! Loved it 08/19/2007 at 10:50am User: Anonymous User Rating: Great for a small party as a side dish or for a light evening meal Very Good!!! 08/15/2007 at 09:00pm User: Heather from Tarrytown, NY User Rating: Ok, so I had to substitute certain things in the recipe. I had a different shaped pasta, sweet sausage, and marinated artichokes!! (had to use what I had in the house LOL) I also only had RED wine, as it is what my husband and I prefer. Even with ALL of my changes this was still a VERY tasty meal. My many thanks to Giada for sharing this lovely recipe. A Family Favorite ... 08/15/2007 at 01:50pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I make this on a regular basis. It's my husband's favorite! FANTASTIC!!! 08/10/2007 at 02:13pm User: Lauren from Coppell, TX User Rating: I have made this recipe many times and every time it has always been hearty, tasty, and filling (in a good way)! This will be a staple for entertaining. You Will Want Seconds! 07/24/2007 at 12:21pm User: Brent from Anywhere, CA User Rating: This recipe is absolutely awesome! An amazing blend of flavor, color, taste and texture. Giada provides us with yet another winner! Family favorite 07/22/2007 at 06:29pm User: Lyn from Dothan, AL User Rating: I make this every time I visit my sons who are in college. I do not add the fresh basil or parsley, I use dry instead, use all chicken broth instead of wine, and add 1 pound of sliced mushrooms and 1 can of drained artichoke hearts. I always have to make two batches. LOVE IT! 07/19/2007 at 01:48pm User: Denise from Lockport, IL User Rating: Absolutely love this dish! Everyone I prepare this for loves it too! A New Family Favorite 07/19/2007 at 11:28am User: Anonymous User Rating: This has now become the dish that I am asked to bring to family gatherings. A wonderful combination of flavors, has a beautiful appearance and is easy to prepare. Expensive recipe, but worth the cost 07/08/2007 at 05:24pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I can't find frozen artichoke hearts in my area, but canned work fine if you add them at the end of the cooking time. I have made this for several dinner parties - very good results. Awesome 07/01/2007 at 01:18pm User: TRISH from toms river, NJ User Rating: Make this just as the recipe says. This is a winner! yummy 05/19/2007 at 04:43pm User: Angela from Port Richey, FL User Rating: I make this quite often. It's still good the second or third day. SO SO SO GOOD!!! 03/09/2007 at 02:46pm User: Emily from Phoenix, AZ User Rating: This was truly one of the best pastas I have ever made. Loved it!! I was not able to find frozen artichokes so I used canned and it was just fine. Also, once I added the pasta, I didn't feel the sauce was getting soaked up enough, so I added the mozz. cheese and then covered and simmered for about 10 min. The cheese melted and it all came together. YUMMY!!! Must try!! A Combination of Flavors 03/08/2007 at 04:41pm User: Steve from Martinsville, VA User Rating: Cooking these ingredients blends the flavors together wonderfully. Warning-make sure you use the sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil -- not the dry ones! I understand why Giada called it "comfort food!" Another Fantastic Giada Recipe!! 03/05/2007 at 02:48pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I'm definately making this recipe again and again. I loved it!! AWESOME RECIPE 03/05/2007 at 01:31pm User: SARA from SPRINGFIELD, IL User Rating: i have tried this recipe several times since i had seen it on t.v, you can substitute ingredients such as italian sauage if you really can't handle HOT use a milder sausage. Also, you do not have to stick w/ frozen artichokes, I have tried a marinated artichoke in recipe and found that it does add flavor. Although, fresh mozarrella is my personal favorite, I have tried shredded mozarrella (not as good though). In my oopinion, this recipe is, QUICK,DELICIOUS, AND DESERVES 5 STARS! Yummy! 03/04/2007 at 11:39am User: IRENE from Schaumburg, IL User Rating: I always get bored with having the same old, same old pasta so I thought I'd try this. It was easy and absolutely outstanding in flavors. I've already sent this recipe on to my son & daughter-in law because I know they'll also enjoy it. I cut the recipe in half since there are only two of us, and used regular Italian sausage because that was on hand. I'm not a big fan of sun-dried tomatoes, but this was sooooo good! Heavenly... 03/04/2007 at 12:10am User: sheri from Portland, OR User Rating: We made a vegetarian version of this recipe the other nite, using fake sausage. We also used the dried type of sun-dried tomatoes to cut out some of the oil. We followed the recipe other than those changes and it was still delicious. Wonderful flavor, so easy and plenty of leftovers that we haven't been able to stop eating! Simply fabulous! A culinary delight! 03/03/2007 at 09:32pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Oh my gosh! Right from the Restaurant! 03/02/2007 at 09:52am User: Pamela from San Antonio, TX User Rating: My husband's first comment (and he doesn't give compliments easy!) was that this dish tasted like it came from our favorite Italian Restaurant! Great flavors, easy to make, a definite "keeper!" I was afraid the Italian sausage was going to be too hot, so I only put in 3/4 pound....I will definitely put the entire pound in next time. Yum, Yum, yum! Good not great 03/01/2007 at 10:53pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I love Giada's cooking and this dish was just ok. It had some good flavors but I wasn't crazy about it. I thought the mozzarella was a neat addition, but overall it was nothing special. It could be just because I am not a big sausage fan, but otherwise i would just give it a good, not great BEST DISH EVER! 02/27/2007 at 09:13pm User: Anonymous User Rating: IM FOURTEEN YEARS OLD AND I LOVE MAKING THIS DISH! MY MOM FIRST MADE IT A WHILE AGO AND I NEVER TRIED. BUT ONE DAY, I DECIDED TO MAKE IT TO SEE WHAT IT TASTED LIKE. BEST MEAL EVER! THE FLAVOR ALTOGETHER ALONG WITH THE WINE WAS FULL OF FLAVOR. THE SAUSAGE REALLY GAVE IT A KICK! THANKS GIADA Great Italian Dish 02/26/2007 at 06:57pm User: randi from Pasco, WA User Rating: Very good and fairly easy too. Love all the different flavors and textures. The Best 02/24/2007 at 06:52pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Once again, Gaida, outdid herself. This dish, not only easy to prepare, economical, but extremely delicious. FLAVORFUL - FANTASTIC & EASY 02/23/2007 at 08:56pm User: tERESA from NY, NY User Rating: I have made this several times now and it just tastes fabulous. It is very easy to cut back on sun dried tomatoes and add more sausage (hot) like my family likes. This is a wonderful meal that always keeps my family returning for 2nds, 3rds! A Crowd Pleaser 02/23/2007 at 07:33pm User: Mary from Weiner, AR User Rating: Thanks again Giada...everyone at my house loved this dish, just like everything else of yours that I make. Outstanding! 02/09/2007 at 11:13pm User: Barbara from Green Bay, WI User Rating: My family loves this recipe. It's easy and fast, and contains ingredients I always have in my pantry or garden. It's become a staple, and I often serve it on Italian buffets. Delicious!!! 02/08/2007 at 06:19pm User: amanda from bloomington, IN User Rating: I love simple dishes like these that Giada has created--this pasta has a perfect blend of flavorings and textures which is very easy to throw together. I made this vegan with faux-sausage; thanks to Giada my skinny vegan husband has probably gained a good 20 pounds! ;) fast and easy 02/07/2007 at 06:46pm User: Angela from Auburn, CA User Rating: so yummy and so easy Amazing 01/27/2007 at 11:09pm User: Carmela from Miami Beach, FL User Rating: I've eaten in many Italian restauraunts, and this pasta dish rivals restauraunt quality meals. I've cooked other recipes by Giada, and have sometimes found them to be bland, but no this one. This was truly an exceptional dish. mmm 01/25/2007 at 05:17pm User: Anonymous User Rating: easy and delicious. will definitely make this again. The Best! 01/21/2007 at 10:40pm User: Elissa from Moreland Hills, OH User Rating: It doesn't get much better than this recipe - it is easy, quick and tastes amazing!! I have made it for my husband (who makes me make enough to have leftovers for a week's worth of lunches) my parents (my dad watches every calorie he eats and had 3 helpings!) and friends who begged me not to go to the trouble of cooking dinner for them but couldn't stop thanking me once it was served. Giada's recipe's are the best and this one is about as good as it gets! Too Good to Be So Easy! 01/20/2007 at 03:39pm User: Candice from Van Buren, AR User Rating: This is now a favorite in our house. It's super easy and doesn't require a lot of time to make which is great for nights when you want something good but quick :) It sure beats fast food! Delicioso!! 01/17/2007 at 07:20pm User: Anonymous User Rating: One of the most delicious pasta recipes I've ever had.As other reviews, the blending of the flavors makes this dish so wonderful. Pretty Good 01/12/2007 at 06:48pm User: Lauren from Fort Walton Beach, FL User Rating: It is an extremely tasty dish but it was also very heavy. If you are not prepared to eat sundried tomtoes with quite a bit of the infused oil, I would not recommed it. Otherwise, enjoy! Mmm. 01/06/2007 at 07:01pm User: Ashley from San Luis Obispo, CA User Rating: Very very tasty. Just incredible! 12/29/2006 at 06:04pm User: Lisa from Flower Mound, TX User Rating: I love this one but since we have tiny kids, we use mild pork sausage. Great Dish for Company 12/29/2006 at 03:20pm User: Karen from Tulsa, OK User Rating: This makes alot of food -- be sure to use a very large pot! The different flavors blend nicely and it looks wonderful on the plate. Excellant 12/24/2006 at 08:18am User: Dianne from Lake Panasoffkee, FL User Rating: This is a wonderful casserole. Made it for my son when he came home from college and he loved it! The combination of the sausage, artichokes, sundried tomatoes and cheese made this dish #1 I'm making it the next time I have company for dinner! Awesome! 12/21/2006 at 10:36am User: Adam from St. Charles, IL User Rating: Delicious, but use the biggest pan or pot you have when you mix everything together. This is a good recipe! 12/04/2006 at 07:36pm User: jackie from des moines, IA User Rating: I found the frozen artichokes at Albertson's and we used an entire 8oz. jar of sundried tomatoes and a little more garlic. The fresh mozzarella is better than the bagged shredded variety also. Any type of Italian sausage would do. Coeur d'Alene Jane delicious! 12/03/2006 at 05:55pm User: Cara from Hamden, CT User Rating: We just made this tonight at my mother-in-law's and it was delicious! The only adjustment we made was 1/2 sweet and 1/2 hot sausage (we didn't want it too hot) and we added more basil. Spendid!!! 11/30/2006 at 12:22pm User: Diane from Oro Valley, AZ User Rating: Prepared this dish for my daughter and her friends, who stopped by on their way to the big U of AZ/AZ State football game this weekend!! Doubled the recipe, but there wasn't a morsel left!! Made a wonderful presentation with a big salad on the side....got lots of requests for the recipe. Giada never disappoints!! Boy did this impress my friends and family 11/29/2006 at 04:34pm User: Anonymous User Rating: A huge hit. Although it took a little longer to prep than 18 min. Maybe it was because of the Dolcetto d'Alba I was sipping at the time ; ). Fantastic! 11/22/2006 at 08:48am User: Anonymous User Rating: Perfect everytime and tastes great! Everyone always wants the recipe. Amazing! 11/20/2006 at 03:06pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This recipe turned out even better than I thought. Everyone loved it! Thanks for making me feel like a chef! tastfully simple 11/13/2006 at 06:35pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Easy and yet so complex...great mixture of ingredients. A well deserved four stars coming from a sicilian cook. Very Good!!! 11/13/2006 at 06:21am User: Katie from Vancouver, WA User Rating: Tasted great!! Everyone raved and it was super easy to make... I used about a cup of Parmesan cheese instead of the half cup, which not only gave it more flavor but also helped the consistancy. My whole family loved it, even the kids. Quick and easy!! 11/07/2006 at 10:44pm User: Shawna from Oakland Park, FL User Rating: This recipe was great!! I love the combination of flavors. I like putting shredded mozzarella on top instead of mixing it in cubed (its less messy) Fabulous! 11/06/2006 at 10:17am User: Abby from Stillwater, OK User Rating: This dish was so tasty and super easy to make. I impressed my guests and made them think I was the best cook ever. I highly recommend this one and I guarantee that I will be making it again real soon. Amaze 11/05/2006 at 11:07am User: Joe from Belmont, MA User Rating: This was an amazing meal, and relatively easy to make. It's a keeper 11/05/2006 at 12:40am User: Susan from Newbury Park, CA User Rating: As with most of the recipes we try from Giada, this pasta dish is a keeper! It was a bit on the bland side, so I kicked it up a notch, with some Creole Seasoning. For all the cooks out there unable to find frozen artichoke hearts, Trader Joe's has them. great flavors! 11/04/2006 at 02:50pm User: nicole from fort lauderdale, FL User Rating: I made this last night for my boyfriend. He kept saying that it was so flavorful and that the flavors went so well together. We thought it was great! The only thing we would change is the amount of pasta. We thought that about half the amount would have been plenty. We will try it that way next time! Delicious 11/03/2006 at 02:51pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This is one of the best pasta recipes! It is absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For a healthier alternative, I substituted grilled chicken instead of the sausage and just added a few more sundried tomatoes and a little more white wine and it turned out just as yummy! An easy recipe that your guests will love! Fast, Easy, and Delicious 11/02/2006 at 02:33pm User: Maryanne from Mount Sinai, NY User Rating: I made this as a quick dinner. We loved it. Don't worry about the hot sausage. My 2 year old ate two helpings. The sausage was just spicy enough. Easy to make and cooked quickly. We were eating in 20 minutes. Will make again for the holidays. Another great Giada recipe. Enjoy! Average flavor 11/01/2006 at 09:56pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was an easy dish to prepare however, it was just average in flavor. It seemed lacking in flavor. I would not make this again. great recipe 11/01/2006 at 07:27pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I've made this three times now. It is very good. All of the items were purchased at Trader Joes. I can't find the frozen artichoke hearts anywhere else. Make sure to use the fresh mozzerella that is in those plastic tubs of salted water. looks good 11/01/2006 at 02:30pm User: Debbie from Dugger, IN User Rating: and hope its smells and taste as good Surprisingly Flavorful & Satisfying 11/01/2006 at 01:40pm User: Maryann from Riverside, CA User Rating: Extremely quick and easy to prepre. I used canned artichokes (not marinated)as my grocery store does not carry the frozen. Do add the mozzerella--adds additional tasty dimension to the dish. My husband had it the next day and thought it tasted better. I froze a sample portion with FoodSaver bags--the results were excellent. mmmmm Good 11/01/2006 at 11:49am User: Bill from Charlotte, NC User Rating: Used a can of artichoke hearts. The best thing about it was that I got to drink the leftover wine with my meal. Original and delicious! 10/26/2006 at 10:15pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I love this recipe - after my boyfriend took one bite of it he asked where I got it from because it tasted like it came from a 5-star restaurant!
