Easy to make. Takes a little longer than I expected. Turned out awesome. I garnished with some fresh ornages and cherries. It was a hit.

this was my first time cooking pork belly.The long braise rendered much of the fat and left rich. succulent meat. Drank Aussie Riesling. Great!
