Great to dip stawberries, but I've also made parfaits with the cream, fresh berries, and shaved chocolate for a special dinner. Really easy to make! Delish!

This is a great, simple dessert that impresses people IF strawberries are in season and naturally sweet. If the berries are only so-so, it's not such an exciting dessert. I also noticed that the women in the room liked it better than the guys. Not to generalize or anything...... :-)

I usually make chocolate dipped strawberries for special events. When refrigerator space wouldn't allow this treat, we made the Spice Cocoa Cream and Strawberries. It was the hit of the party. One guest raved, "she wanted to get married again just so she could have them again" and another said, "I would like to have a bathtub full of this dip"!! Loved the recipe!!Will difinitely make this again.

My family really enjoyed this simple and refreshing dessert. Rather than using the cream as a dip, I halved the stawberries (they were huge) and served in dessert dishes with a dollop of the cocoa cream on top. It was the perfect ending to our meal.
