These are not nearly as good as Emeril's BEST dumpling recipe. Search for: "Emeril's Pork Dumplings with Spicy Sauce" With this current recipe, the flavor is OK but the texture is just not right. The other recipe (recommended above) utilizes a food processor to combine the ingredients plus the addition of cream for richness. My family immediately commented "What's wrong with these?" and "They weren't like this before!". Don't fix it if it ain't broke I guess.

Great appetizer for Kalua Pork

I made these for an appetizer with my kalua pork entree. They were fantastic. Easy to do, and delicious. I found that one TEASPOON of filling was perfect but one TABLESPOON as the recipe states is way too much and must have been a misprint. Other than that I wouldn't change the recipe at all.

Fantastic!! I made these for a New Year's Eve party and at first no one would try them (the wrappers had become translucent and made the dumplings a little unappetising looking). But, my husband will eat anything and immediately began to tell everyone they HAD to try them! I actually had people fighting over the last few!!

This was so good! It was also easier than I thought it would be. I brought some in to friends at work because I couldn't believe how well this turned out. Thank you, Emeril, I had fun with this.
