Over the top delicious. This was a crowd pleaser. I did not mix the butter with the red hot sauce, but instead used Frank's buffalo sauce straight from the bottle. I cooked the clams whole on the grill - this saved time (and my fingers)and then tossed the cooked clams with the lemon butter. It seemed to cover the clams sufficiently. YUM!

I had these clams at Brads restaurant and they are great. I couldn't wait to make these at home. This recipe is as close as you can get. I recommend it to anyone who loves clams.
