Impressive 10/18/2006 at 03:01pm User: Susanne from Durango, CO User Rating: Watched Bobby make this on tv and made my own adjustment of buying tomato bruschetta topping from the grocery store. Quick and easy and everyone was so impressed. I'm sure it tastes better with the home made tomatoes, but save yourself some time. Awesome 09/11/2007 at 12:07pm User: Tracy from Flushing, NY User Rating: This was an absolute favorite for me and friends on labor day weekend. Great New Appetizer 08/14/2005 at 12:15pm User: DENISE from Rochester, WA User Rating: This was such an easy & filling appetizer. Everyone liked it & because they're so filling you don't have to make a ton of them. Also, it's really attractive. Awesome! 07/30/2005 at 02:04pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was a big hit at our BBQ. I made some of the topping without pine nuts for the kids and it still turned out great. Definitely go with the Prosciutto De Parma (I found it at Costco). I have made this several times now and other brands of prosciutto just don't taste quite as good as De Parma. best thing ever 07/10/2007 at 04:08pm User: Anonymous User Rating: the tomato really complements the prosciutto ITS SO gooooooooooood Very Tasty! 07/10/2007 at 10:54am User: Melissa from Minneapolis, MN User Rating: Another great recipe from Bobby Flay! My guests could not get enough of these yummy starters. As Good as it Looks 06/10/2005 at 01:15am User: David from San Diego, CA User Rating: The grilled Ciabatta bread alone was very tasty. The tomato sauce was good although with less flavor than I would expect from Bobby Flay although it serves as a nice background for the bread and prosciutto. I will do this again and I will also use the grilled Ciabatta in other ways such as garlic bread. Awesome! 06/06/2005 at 04:27pm User: TERRY from Gotha, FL User Rating: Bought the perfect flat bread from a bakery, and the tomato sauce was great and very fresh tasting. My family loved it! Excellent 05/31/2007 at 06:30pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I thought this recipe was fresh and delicious! I added a little cheese on top too! Very Tasty 05/20/2007 at 09:17pm User: VICKI from haverhill, MA User Rating: I tried this tonight and loved it. I was able to find whole grain ciabbatta bread which was delicious. I would roast the garlic next time as the raw garlic in the tomato mixture was a little too strong and overpowering. Easy. Filling. Goes Fast! 04/29/2007 at 01:42pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I've made this a few times. It's easy to fill up on it while the rest of your dinner is being bbq'd, so be careful! Great flavor. Thanks, Bobby Delish! 01/03/2006 at 03:14pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this appetizer for a New Years Eve party and everyone raved about it. My boyfriend would not stop eating it, in fact the next morning he was licking the leftover spread in the bowl. |
