I loved this recipe! The salad dressing is to die for. Served it numerous times and everyone just loves it. I served it on a long, oblong platter. Not only tastes great but looks gorgeous! Thank you Michael!

All of the fresh herbs are just so wonderful. I couldn't find any yellow tomatoes, so I used yellow bell peppers instead. My boyfriend said that it was fabulous but what might taste great in this salad is salami of some kind. I agree, so next time I will try that addition. Great recipe, thanks!

I just used the tomato viniagrette part of this recipe over a watercress and spinach salad with toasted pinenuts, served alongside a fontina and leek risotto. Made for a very satisfying vegetarian dinner, hearty enough not to miss the meat.

I made this, along with the Gaucho Steak, and it was terrific. I have rarely seen a more beautiful finished dish. This one looks restaurant done and is absolutely delicious. Be sure to mix the colors of the tomatoes for the full effect. Next time i'll use more arugula because it went so fast I didn't get any! Stunning and scrumptious!
