This recipe is wonderful to prepare with little time and effort. The Ham Steaks are simple and delicious. This Root Beer glaze is a great one to have in your sauce inventory. The fresh orange and lemon can be subsituted with juice of both as can the vanilla with extract if necessary. The glaze can be used on so many things. This is a great recipe to serve with Hoppin' John or similar side and a simple green vegetable.
