Loved this recipe, all the flavors were spot on.. I decided to even throw in some pasta into the dish, which I think it needed. Great summer dish!

Served this salad with a pesto pasta dinner for guests. Great compliment..really added an extra notch to the dinner. The warm zucchini adds such an interesting element.

This was a great recipe. I will make it over and over. You people need to stop rating the recipe poorly when it doesn't show up. It's not the chef's fault. Your giving a great recipe a bad rap.

I just did this with the zucchini and ate it like pasta- it was delicious! I also added lemon juice and lemon thyme which made it the perfect citrusy summer pasta salad.

Unlike most people on this page, I actually made this recipe. It was great, I absolutely love the roasted zucchini and the vinaigrette. The lemon zest and honey really awakens it and makes the salad pop. Gotta love the cherry tomatoes! Add all kinds of roasted vegetables...portabellos would be good I bet.

the recipe is here. It irratates me that people use this medium to vent their frustration with the network for their inadequasies. The network doesn't read these reviews nor does the chef; they are merely a means for the rest of us to share our opinions regarding a given recipe. It's unfortunate that this recipe suffered the misplaced one star frustration ratings of so many, because it really is quite good.

Loved watching this!

We loved it because it was full of flavor! The dressing and the roasted veggies make the salad. I had never had zucchini and tomatoes roasted before. I couldn't find arugula and used baby spinach. It is a great recipe but best when the veggies are warm. Would definitely keep on my "make again" file!!!!!!!

This was an excellent recipe that was quick and easy, after the zucchini are sliced. I would prefer my squash to bea little thicker than the recipe calls for, since they clump together when they are very thin. Great spring/summer salad.

This salad was easy enough to prepare that I was able to make it after work without starving to death in the mean time. It was also very filling. After we finished the salad portion of the meal we decided that the salad could have been the meal.

A fantastic blend of the Med. The taste, with the fresh herbs, if you have them , is beyond measure and surprise, surprise, it's good for you. The arugula and feta combo is tops and so delicious. The show that had this recipe, and others, was superb.

Interesting combinations, great taste, perfect for party. Warning - remember feta cheese and all soft cheeses are off limits to pregnant women due to possible listeria (check March of Dimes website)
