This is a quick and easy recipe, a nice change to the regular beef and chicken menu.

These were delicious and so easy! I made them a little bigger and made as an entree. My husband said it was the best meat he's ever had. Rub would be good for lamb chops as well.

the spice rub alone is worth 5 stars. i haven't really tried the lamb or sauce, i just make the seasoning and put it on chicken. i can only imagine how awesome it would be with lamb and yogurt sauce!

Excellent recipe!

After watching the episode where Dave made these for his friends, I thought I would give it a try (since they all seemed to like them! =). I wasn't sure when I started to mix the dry rub because of the seasonings (seemed an odd combination to me), but the lamb turned out better than I thought! It was excellent! I even used my George (Foreman grill) to cook the kebabs and it worked great! I did switch out the mint for cilantro though (not a big fan of mint) and the yogurt sauce was great (also used nonfat store brand and it was perfectly fine). Give it a try!

Heavenly!!!

I just made this recipe for dinner. It took me about 5 minutes to put it together including the yogourt sauce. It was heavenly!!! Just simply yummy! Something else! I will have to make it for parties! I had a portabello mushroom with goat cheese side dish, I practically forgot about it!! let me tell you, when I was putting the whole thing together I had some doubts. but I followed the recipe. Beleive me it is soooo well worth it! Enjoy!!

These are some of the best lamb kabobs I've had, including those served in restaurants!

This is also excellent with chicken. It's simple and easy, but the flavor is wonderful.

We had a "Casablanca" movie night and I made all Moroccan dishes. This was wonderful with the couscous and carrot salad recipes from this site.

Very Delicious!

I made the lamb kabobs and mint yogurt sauce for dinner. The sauce really complimented the lamb...it was light and fresh tasting. My whole family raved at how delicious this meal was.

Good, but not great...

I wasn't completely disappointed with the Moroccan Lamb Kabobs because I love lamb, however, I will say that I was "underwhelmed." I expected something like the seared lamb chops that are served at Donovan's steak house in La Jolla, CA. The yogurt sauce was fantastic. I will definately serve the yogurt sauce with other lamb dishes.

Fabulous Recipe

I made these kabobs last night for my boyfriend. We both loved them! I put them on the foreman. Definitely a must try. I ended up pairing them with a box of sesame/pine nut couscous. Perfect amount for a dinner for two!!! I'm saving this recipe.

Fantastic!

The lamb was so flavorful and delicious. It tasted very authentic. I added a squeeze of lemon juice along with the spices and let the lamb marinate for a few hours - this made for some really tender lamb. The spice combo is just awesome.

SOOO good!

These were so yummy and super easy. I loved the fact that all of the prep work could be done ahead of time (the sauce and dry rub) so it turned into a really quick meal in the end.

surprisingly easy & good!!

Definintely a keeper! Quick, simple and delicious. I had to do this in a grill pan and decided to add a little chicken broth toward the end to moisten them up cause they were looking a little dry. It took longer to cook in a pan than it would've on an outdoor grill. The yogurt sauce was perfect and they were a hit.

Great flavor

Instead of kabobs, I used the rub on lamb chops that I pan fried and they were a huge hit. I served them as apps for a dinner party with the bone as a handle. Perfect finger food that really tastes unique.

Turned out good

I made these for a bunch of people who were very skeptical about lamb. I don't think that any of them are skeptical now. We all loved them - seasonings, sauce, and all. I got so many compliments on these.
