Not the best, not the worst

These banana bites tasted good but there is not much to them. Maybe an amaretti cookie on the bottom would have been better. I sprinkled mine with chocolate shavings/sprinkles instead of the cookies to jazz it up a little. Good for a quick little treat.

Fun for the little ones

No, these are not extravagent, but a fun simple way for the little ones to get involved in the kitchen. My 4 year old was excited to have a recipe she could make on her own. We drizzled caramel over the banana before adding the pudding. They were good.

Another yummie idea????

Loved these. Also put in muffin cups with cookie on bottom, pudding then banana (make sure to keep the bananas from turning brown). Great little cookies.

This was really quick and easy! I loved that we were able to have banana pudding without any mushy leftovers. I spread a little peanut butter on the cookies before adding the banana slices to help them stick on better. It added great flavor! My two boys love this dessert. I know I'll be making it often.

super easy and tasty

My daughters (13 &8) made these today for me for Mother's Day. They had a great time making them and they looked and tasted great. My girls thought that piping them out of the ziploc bag was a really neat trick. We did use sugar free fat free banana cream pudding instead of vanilla. Again, these were great. We will definitely make these again.

This is so easy

I am not the most creative person, so this recipe gave me a great idea for the Mother's Day festivities we are having tomorrow. I did find that if you put a small bit of pudding on top of the vanilla wafer before you put the banana on top that the banana stays on better. Also, instead of crushed cookies, I sprinkled some chopped nuts on top. I just bought a bag of them in the baking aisle (so Sandra Lee-ish, buy them already chopped). They look festive for a family gathering, and they are easy. Next time I might try chocolate pudding.

The cutiest wittle bites!

These were so cute and tasted sooooooooooooooooooooo good. I added a little drizzle of hershey syrup to the top and the kids couldn't eat them fast enough. My 16 year old son makes them all the time for his friends after school.

i tried it with the vanilla pudding, but i've found that bananas taste a whole bunch better with chocolate pudding. so, instead of using vanilla, i used choclate and my mum and step dad enjoyed them, as did i.

This did not taste like homemade

this was a terrible version of the Southern classic. Take the time to do it from scratch and the dessert will be much better. Its not very hard at all to do sratch pudding.

These Banana Pudding Bites are great! When you want banana pudding, but don't want to make the usual, this is a great quick & easy way to get it! Great for my daugther's slumber party, too. Instead of using sugar free vanilla, I used the regular French Vanilla. Thanks!

Everyone loved these!

I read the reviews before making this and thought the reason some thought the recipe too bland was the sugar-free pudding. I made regular pudding and dusted with macaroon cookie crumbles. My grandchildren loved making this and the adults thought they were delicious.
