Great Copper Pennies! 10/20/2006 at 10:11am User: Kathleen from Hernando Beach, FL User Rating: I have used this recipe twice now and everyone loves it. Plus because it keeps so long, there is no waste! Even my husband will eat carrots on occasion now! Super easy and fast 10/15/2005 at 05:06pm User: Catherine from Gillett, PA User Rating: I have to admit I was hesitant to try this but I needed something different for a group I cooked for every year, so I gave it a whirl and I am very glad I did! It was simple, fast and looked fabulous when we put it on a bed of Romaine. Excellent! 10/14/2005 at 04:58pm User: bob from tampa, FL User Rating: Made it for a carry in lunch for work today and it disappeared immediately and I had to admit this was a Paula recipe--and a great one without butter!! Ha!! Great Dish to Pass 10/05/2005 at 01:23pm User: John from Manistee, MI User Rating: I made this for our Hit 'n Giggle couples golf outing. Everyone loved the texture of the carrots and the sweet/sour taste. I cut the onions into cubes the same size as the pepper and carrot pieces which made it easier to serve (no rings). i'll make it again for the annual family outing in Michigan. JOHN - Eatonton, GA super easy and delicious 10/02/2005 at 09:19pm User: melanie from east bridgewater, MA User Rating: this is so easy and so full of flavor and wonderful colors and the fact that it lasts up to 6 weeks in the fridge what a bonus thanks paula This dish is totally disgusting! 09/26/2007 at 07:54pm User: Cluelessinthekitchen from Beverly Hills, CA User Rating: I love carrots, I love onions, I love tomato soup so this seemed like a great recipe until I made it. I followed the directions to the letter. The flavor was just disgusting. It was like eating carrots with super sweet Catalina salad dressing. The sweetness was sickening. If anyone wants to make this recipe, they should just save time and put the carrots, onions, etc. in a bowl and pour Catalina dressing on it. It would probably taste better and save time and money.
