Very hearty 10/17/2006 at 10:14pm User: Ayana from Inglewood, CA User Rating: Something struck me about this recipe, and I decided to run out and buy the ingredients and give it a try. I am so glad I did, because the end result is very hearty and tasty, as well as very healthy. Not too spicy at all, all the flavors work well together for a unique savory dish. Very satisfying dish. If you like Indian cuisine, you'll really enjoy this one. This is the perfect one-pot recipe for a cold night in. Great dinner party recipe 01/08/2007 at 04:00pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I added carrots and a green pepper, since I like more vegetables. Also, instead of adding rice, I made couscous separately. Hope you don't mind, Emeril! It was a good dish for a dinner party, though. Fun to eat, different, yummy, and it can simmer while everyone has appetizers (hummus, of course!) without worrying that it will overcook. |
