Puttanesca relish was fabulous 10/14/2007 at 08:37pm User: Ed from Shrewsbury, MA User Rating: I cooked this recipe tonight.. Followed all the instructions and it came out great... I also made some Risotto with the meal, sauted onion till a little brown and then added white wine.. then laddled in the chicken stock.. Also steamed green beans, and when still crisp, suberged them in ice water.. then sauted them with olive oil and garlic.. Then,, on a plate put risotte first, green beans next, then the sword fish, then the puttanesca suace, YUM YUM, love it.. eddie really really good 10/12/2007 at 06:41am User: Anonymous User Rating: My husband loved loved loved it! Excellent! 08/31/2006 at 12:01am User: George from Brea, CA User Rating: We really enjoyed this recipe; although, I used fresh , thick, Turbo Tuna in place of the Swordfish. The marinade or tomato concoction was excellent! Personally, I will cut out the added salt next time; as there is plenty of ingrained salts from the Essence, olives, capers, etc. Another definite 'add' to my recipe box,...good enough to serve guests - but hey, aren't ALL of Emeril's recipes! :o) |
