The salad was excellent esp. with the chicken fried rice recipe I tried with it. Don't forget to re-oil the frying pan you use because the chicken won't cook as well without it.

yummy fresh tasting salad

This was fantastic and you will never believe it is only 2 t. of oil! I added some black beans and just a touch of feta cheese - it was terrific!

Awesome!

One of the easist and best tasting recipes I've tried in a long time. I cannot wait to make this for my entire family at our next gathering. I am on Weight Watchers, so, this was a pure delight...however...this recipe belongs on everyone's diet.

This was a really nice combination of textures and taste. My husband does not care for celery so I substituted jicama for the celery with great results. I doubled the salad dressing. My husband and I both loved it. My sister is a lifetime Weight Watcher so I sent the recipe to her! This is easy to make, and even better for me, I did not have to use my oven or stove and heat up my kitchen. This will be a staple in our house, especially during the long, hot Phoenix summers.

Just Plain YUM!!

I have to admit that i'd try this kind of salad before so many times with the exception of the chicken at Panera Bread. But this salad has strawberries, blueberries (i believe), pecans, mandarin oranges with a bed of greens and some poppy seed dressing. Tastes great!
