excellent! 09/20/2005 at 12:49pm User: nancy from san clemente, CA User Rating: This was very easy to make, and I think it's better than the fattening lasagna! I'm making this kind from now on. not very good 09/15/2006 at 11:28am User: Elizabeth from Rowlett, TX User Rating: I'm sorry but I didn't care for this recipe. The fennel and leeks were not something I enjoyed and the whole thing just had a strange texture and taste. Plus there did not seem to be a very good ratio of filling to noodles. I only took about 3 bites of it. We threw almost all of it out. Yum 08/02/2006 at 07:18pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This was so good. I substituted fairy tale eggplant for the zucchini (forgot the zucchini at the store) and it was delicious. My husband who hates eggplant even liked it. It was really easy to make too.
