It was fairly quick and easy, and it tasted great!!! I added some garlic bread and a homemade ceasar salad and the meal was a hit!

This is a terrific version of a non-cream carbonara. Light, tremendously tasty, and less calories. Full of flavor!

This recipe comes out really great. I just got back from my honeymoon in Italy and was craving Carbonara! So far I've made this dish twice, adding capers and red pepper flakes the second time. Both versions were very yummy, and I especially like the flavor the white wine adds.

This recipe rocks

Authentic carbonara is made without cream, and this recipe successfully proves this point. The recipe needs no alterations. A perfect dinner anytime.

Substituted egg beaters for the eggs- was still terrific.
