While this is not really a traditional pretzel (and it doesn't claim to be), it is a really tasty snack and easy to make on short notice. IMO any salty, crunchy bread with mustard is good stuff :) Pre-made pizza dough is nice to keep on hand- very versatile. As far as the name, would it be less offensive to the previous reviewer if it was called One Big-Donkey Philly Pretzel? Lighten up, eat well, have some fun and take the stick out of, ummm, whatever you want to call it...

When I go to the mall I love to buy the "Mall Pretzals" and thats what I love about this recipe, its an easy way for me to make one of my favorite foods.
