I used sausage with maple and it wasn't nearly as good. I also used egg substitute which is much healthier. Pepper Jack cheese would be a nice touch also. My very picky 3 year old son helped make the Baby Bam, & proclaimed "yum" when he ate his. Even my 16 month old ate this. My husband & I added the salsa & decided we would definitely make this again. I do recommend making the Baby Bam, even though it makes a lot & you only use 1/2 teaspoon. It would be a great rub for fish before grilling! It works great and adds just the right hint of flavor. As another ingredient to make the right amount of burritos, I make a batch of hash browns, either from scratch or store bought. Hash browns o'brien works great, but the thin sliced work just fine.
