These mushrooms were absolutely wonderful- I'll use this dish again and again. I'd chop them larger next time and roast them closer to 20 minutes next time. A hit!

I have made this recipe so many times. I have served it with roast beef, steak and even lamb. It's wonderful and so esy to make.
