Unbelievably delicious and easy. Have made it twice and it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone both times. Will become a staple on our holiday table. Thank you, Bobby!

This recipe was easy and absolutely delicious. I invited a few couples over to share with and every single person went up for seconds or thirds. This dish with the apple-ginger chutney (which I never had before) had my mouth popping full of flavor. I LOVE it and will be making it again for sure!!

Yummy! Brining the pork makes a world of difference. The meat was so incredibly moist! My family raved about this meal! One relative said that the meal would have cost $30 a plate it was so good. Served with Mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus (done the same way as the green beans).

Juicy, tender and full of complimentary yet complex flavors. Make sure you take it out at 140 degrees, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. This ensures it's cooked perfectly, and not dry.

Delicious!!! Need time & patience but it's well worth it. Tried it twice - once for 4 then for 20 for Christmas dinner. The chutney's not for everyone, but it's very tasty!
