Made this for my vegitarian son. He Loved it so did I. The taste was super and the roasted garlic made the dish.

This is easy enough to be accomplished during a holdiay time, but special enough to serve at any table....fresh spinach is even better.




What do you do with the spinach???

The recipe has spinach in it's name and is called for in the recipe, but there are no instructions, much less even a mention of what to do with the spinach in the directions! Am I missing something???
