I couldn't find apple cider in the grocery store so I decided to try this recipe. It's WONDERFUL, and so easy to make. I put all of the ingredients in a dutch oven on top of the stove instead of running it through the Percolator...it turned out great, and the dutch oven kept the drink hot for several hours. This is my new favorite hot drink.

This cider was delicious, I made on Thanksgiving this year and it was a big hit. All of my family has asked me to make it again for Christmas. Great stuff.

I don't have a percolator, but did this on stove top. I added 1 t. whole allspice. Wonderful for cold days, and beautifully aromatic.
