I had to try this recipe since I couldn't imagine what the end result would look or taste like. I was very pleased with the way it turned out. This is a quick and simple dish and perfect for a late night supper or a brunch. Thank you, Michael, for introducing me to the delightful cheese - Fontina. We all loved it!

Made these for brunch with several other items. They were a hit. If it was early morning breakfast these just wouldn't fit in, but brunch or dinner is great.

Light, fluffy, cheesy; what more would you want in a savory pancake (maybe a few grated onions or carrots?).
