The is was simple and easy and soooo delicious. The marinade for the steak is full of flavor and the dressing compliments everything perfectly. Everyone at my house ate every last drop of this. Only thing I couldn't find was the chili paste, so I used Sriracha sauce instead. AWESOME RECIPE!!

Loved it!!

I made this for a dinner party (exactly as written - which I hardly ever do)and every one was blown away. Perfect for entertaining because salad can be made in advance (not dressed) and put in fridge with damp paper towels. Dressing made in advance and filets marinated in advance (plan on one filet per person)....Luv Ya Bobby!!!

Absolutely Amazing

Not only is this a beautiful presentation, but the ginger-lime dressing explodes on your palette. I loved it so much that I?m making it again tonight with chicken. It?s a real knockout.

I prepared this for my sister, brother in law (Sacramento)and my newphew who was visiting from New York and we all fell in love with it. I had taken the recipe off of the internet, literally raced off to the grocery store and went isle by isle to buy the ingredients, came home and then prepared it. We all loved it. All through dinner by brother in law kept saying, "Lynn, this is delicious , don't through this recipe away". My husband was away on a business trip and when I told him how fantastic it was, he said he could not wait to come home and have it for himself. We have eaten at Bar American in New York and we love Bobby Flay. He is the best and his recipes are FANTASTIC!!!

This was delicious. I've made this recipe a few times, and it's just as fresh and crisp every time. I actually used tenderloin once, and the salad still tasted great. It's a fantastic summer dish that's great for the meat-eaters in us and our family!

I was stationed out of state and began cooking to impress my significant other. When she came to visit, this was the first dinner I made for her, because I knew how great it tasted. I can't given any better endorsement than that!

Stellar

I actually messed this up, and it was still good. I picked up walnut oil instead of peanut oil at the store. so every time the recipe called for the peanut oil, i used one part walnut and one part sesame oil. the marinade for the steak was great, and the dressing was just okay. I figured I was lacking some sweetness due to my mistake, so i added some honey and that made it very good. I can't wait to make this again ... properly! Will definitely take to BBQs this summer.

Absolutely fantastic!!

I was so not in the mood for this when my husband came to me with the recipe. Being he never actuallly makes requests I made it. I am so glad I did. Even just the dressing for the salad alone is incredible. The salad and the meat together though were delicious! (For the lettuce I just used a regular spring mix.) It will definitely be a regular in my house.

Fabulous

Very light summer salad. Only one problem, my husband was still hungry after he finished his salad. He's a small man but he needed at least two servings.

Very fast & tasty

I used the ginger lime dressing as a marinade for Tuna Steaks and it was delicious! What a fabulous compliment to the mildness of the tuna steaks!

This marinade made the best steak we have prepared at home yet. My husband proclaimed it excellent! I couldn't find all that lettuce nor the makings for the dressing at our local supermarket, so I just used an oriental lettuce mix with ginger dressing. A great, easy and light meal for the summer.

Good Meal

This was overall a very easy to make meal. The salad by itself would be a good salad as well. Even if you can't find all of the types of lettuce, I used a spring salad mix that I found in the local grocery.
