I watched this and thought that this dish was going to be too healthy and bland for my taste but something told me to make it and it was absolutely fabulous. I did use lemon pepper instead of just salt and pepper on the steaks and it was delicious! The salsa really does make this extra special. Make this ASAP!

I made this recipe using Tilapia, as tuna is often so expensive. I eyeballed the measurments as I was only cooking for two, added a splash of balsamic vinegar and salt / pepper. Delicious, and so easy

I make this probably 3 times a week, I just love it. I make it with a chicken breast and I toast a little bit of pine nuts. Sometimes I melt a slice of provlone cheese on top of the chicken before throwing on the sauce and pine nuts. Yum!

awesome!

I must say I was never a fish eater until I quit smoking about a year ago. This was my first experience with Tuna and it was absolutely AWESOME. I would never have imagined it tasting so tender. I like mine well done and it was still soft and delicate.

Not a fan of tuna, I made this recipe with boneless chicken, cut thin. It was wonderful with the escarole spaghetti!

GREAT RECIPE BUT . . .

User: PAM from Lexington, KY    User Rating:
This is a great recipe but for goodness sakes, why in the world would you have a large pot of boiling water on the front burner and your skillet behind it where you have to reach around the boiling pot of water to do the bulk of the work??? Poor demonstration and although most of us would NEVER do something so stupid and run the risk of severely scalding ourselves, nor would we work in such an awkward setup, there may be some that try to emulate exactly what Rachael does. Again, I think this is a great recipe and urge people to try it, but your skills in this show reflect that of a teenager who hasn't a clue how to work in the kitchen.
