My husband and I love this recipe. I was not only impressed with how easy it was to make, but the taste is incredible. Awesome comfort food, but it's not your typical mac and cheese.

I am a blue cheese lover but for whatever reason I don't know about the pasta with the blue cheese. I didn't think the flavors went well together. It was very different. The bread crumbs mixed with the olive oil were heavenly :)

This was super easy to prepare and the flavor was balanced perfectly. I used Amish blue cheese instead of the Maytag. A stronger blue cheese would not work as well; the flavor would be overpowering. I thought the amount of bread crumb topping should be lowered, but my husband and neighbor disagreed. However, we all agreed that this recipe is a "keeper".
