We substituted 26/30 size large shrimp, using a pound for this recipe. Got rave reviews from everyone at the family reunion(I grilled 4 pounds!)

I tried this out twice now and it is the rave with everyone. It has a great flavor from the marinade and then hits you with spice rub...
