Best Ever Daiquiri 09/15/2007 at 07:42pm User: Don from Washington, PA User Rating: This is the best recipe I've tried for traditional daiquiris. I hope AB does more shows on mixology! WOW! 09/07/2007 at 09:27pm User: Cristina from Palmetto Bay, FL User Rating: Who knew there was a non-flavored daiquiri? I'm sure glad I found out... I'm trying to put together a list of favorites for my hubby's 40th, and this will most certainly be on there. Thanks AB! Easily... 07/25/2007 at 05:27pm User: Gary from Old Bridge, NJ User Rating: ...the best alcohol containing drink that is not champagne that I have ever consumed. Manly yet delicate, fierce yet subtle this is a drink for the sophisticated. great! 07/01/2007 at 09:11am User: Jenny from Oberlin, OH User Rating: easy and a real enjoyable drink non-frozen daq 07/01/2006 at 03:14pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I'd never had a non-frozen daiquiri unitl a few months ago. This is fantastic and my new favorite drink! (general pet peeve: people rating recipes they have change or not even tried.) Love it 05/15/2007 at 06:18pm User: Heather from Granite City, IL User Rating: Possibly my new favorite drink. I made the simple syrup in the microwave in a smaller batch. It simplified the drink even more. Just be sure to use a 2/1 ration of sugar to water. Squeezing limes is not my favorite task though, but still worth the effort. Excellent and EASY! 04/27/2006 at 02:28pm User: Kjersten from Rochester, MN User Rating: This is one of my favorite drink recipes! AB FAB!!! 04/25/2007 at 02:46pm User: Sherri from winter haven, FL User Rating: As in absolutely fabulous! This has become my new drink of choice. Of course when we go out we have to tell them how to make it...but hey, its a small price to pay. And if they actually ahve the ingredients, I am a happy camper. Thanks Alton! Very Tasty 04/19/2007 at 12:18am User: Anonymous User Rating: An original Daiquiri recipe...simple and tasty. Only way to make a true daquiri 03/17/2007 at 09:01pm User: JILL from Eden Prairie, MN User Rating: This is the best way to make a daquiri. A little extra effort than that pre-made mix, but definetely worth it. I made a batch of the simple syrup and kept it in a tightly sealed container in the fridge, two months later it's still fine to use. Very nice! 02/08/2006 at 09:39pm User: Eric from Atlanta, GA User Rating: I never knew there was a non-iced daiquiri. I had to try this drink. I used bottled lime juice, but it was still wonderful! I can't wait to try it with fresh-squeezed. I've introduced it to a few friends, and they all loved it. Very crisp and refreshing. It's a little on the strong side, though. I prefer to substitute water for about a third of the rum. A great drink, and super-easy to make, especially since we keep simple syrup in the fridge all the time anyway. Delish! 02/05/2006 at 04:25pm User: SARA from Tampa, FL User Rating: I didn't know there was such a thing as a "straight" daiquiri (non-strawberry, peach, etc.). Very clean and fresh tasting. The fresh lime juice made all the difference. Absolutely sublime...(pun intended!) great date 01/25/2006 at 11:03pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Good work AB! I don't drink too often (quality over quanity) but I will say this one is right on! I added kept the ice in....faux pau? maybe but it was worthy. First Rate! 01/22/2007 at 02:36am User: glen from portland, OR User Rating: Classy and tastes great. Your friends will love it. This was fantastic 01/05/2007 at 09:54pm User: DEBRA from Wichita, KS User Rating: Never had a Daiquiri before and wish I had started drinking them years ago. I don't know what I'm talking about since I haven't had one, but these are great. |
