This meal is delicious, hearty and very easy to make, even with 3 kids who are 5 and under running around. It has become a once a week meal for us. My husband and I call it "Magic Stew".

I must admit that I do not watch Sahra every day I have watch the show once although I watch food network all the time however today 2-6-06 your show caught my attention I Love beef stew and have been looking for just such a recipe good and spicy this recipe taste delicious I will be checking from now on for more exciting recipe. I was so impressed with this recipe I took the time to look up and join the food network online. I think the chicken bouillon add the extraordinary touch very very good.
