Super easy and yummy. I wasn't sure I'd like the scallions, almost too cute for me, but I tried it and they tasted great and added something special and different.

I cant believe that i was living without this amazing recipe. So easy, So quick, and so delicious, if your kids will not eat veggies tell them close their eyes and shove this in their mouth, they will be cured. The only thing i do different is roast them for only 10 mins i think them a little crunchy.

this receipe would be great if cooked for only 12-15 minutes. The receipe called for 25-30 and we did 25 minutes and it was mush!!

Crumbled Bundles

This recipe calls for 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. That's enough heat and time to cook a Pork tenderloin to well done. I though it was a crime what it did to little asparagus spears. They were DOA at the end of 25 minutes.

good and easy

This was very good and easy. Our asparagus was a little chewy but I probably overcooked it...

My husband always makes the asparagus and tries different ways to make it and it always turns out good. However, this time I made it with this recipe and we both loved it and will continue to use this recipe. It was very easy to.

Even an inept kitchen preemee like myself found this pitifully easy. Make sure that your oven is really set to the correct temp. by comparing it to an oven thermometer reading.

Roast asparagus is simply divine! I like the idea of tying bundles of them with onion, too.

I don't usually eat asparagus but this was actually pretty good! I'm so surprised! And then to wrap them up in bundles with the scallions - how cute.

Great way to roast asparagus during the long winter months. I used frozen asparagus because I forgot to get fresh at the store, still turned out great. Will make again!
