I used this recipe for a "tea and candles" party recently. They were the hit of the party, a perfect blend of egg salad and seasonings..actually THE BEST I've ever made! Thanks Dan and Steve for another tasty tidbit!

I served this for a 4th of July picinic and everybody loved it! I would cut back on the salt a little. It is also good on whole wheat bread. This is a keeper!!

excellent

These were great. I took the advice from previous reviewers and cut way back on the salt. I added a few drops of lemon juice to the mix, and I omitted the chives due to lack of time. I'm not a fan of egg salad but I'd definitely make this again.

best ever

This is THE best Egg Salad I have ever eaten. I added the chives right into the mixture, because this presentation was too fussy for my needs. I don't think I'll ever try another recipe again. Ever.

A very good grown up egg salad

I made this recipe for my mother-in-laws 70th birthday in which 50 people attended. It was a teaparty theme and got high praise. Very easy to make.

delicious!

This sandwich is easy to make and very tasty. I made it with whole wheat bread, and it was great. It's better than the ordinary egg salad sandwish, and I like that it's still light.

Excellent!

I made these sandwiches for my fiance who is a self proclaimed egg salad hater. He LOVED this recipe, and ate the majority of the sandwiches himself! I will definitely be making these again!

Fabulous

What great flavors - I added a bit of finely diced red onion to the mix. Spread on tablewater crackers - will have for Easter brunch instead of the regular deviled eggs! Thanks for the great recipe!

Another winner

Perfect blending of ingrediants. No taste overpowered others, and there are some strong flavors here. A treat and a big step up on a classic sandwich

Not your ordinary egg salad sandwich

I made this for lunch after seeing the show this morning. It was easy and delicious - a nice twist on egg salad. Thanks Dan and Steve for another great recipe!

GREAT TWIST ON EGG SALAD

If you like egg salad, smoked salmon, dill, chives, you will love this. I saw this today on T.V. and had all the ingredients except the salmon. I had hard boiled eggs yesterday. I made a special trip to the store to buy smoked salmon to make it for a special brunch- lunch for just my husband and I. I put the chives in with the egg salad. Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread worked really well. It would be great for an appetizer party. We really enjoyed it.

Too salty

This would have been excellent except that even with half the amount of salt the recipe called for, this was still way too salty (and I am a total salt fiend!). I omitted the chopped salmon from the recipe and served it on rye bread with a couple pieces of smoked salmon instead. I'll make it again with much less salt.
