I saw this today on T.V. and had all the ingredients except the salmon. I had hard boiled eggs yesterday. I made a special trip to the store to buy smoked salmon to make it for a special brunch- lunch for just my husband and I. I put the chives in with the egg salad. Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread worked really well. It would be great for an appetizer party. We really enjoyed it. I omitted the chopped salmon from the recipe and served it on rye bread with a couple pieces of smoked salmon instead. I'll make it again with much less salt. |
