These fries are just as good as and deep fried potato without the mess. You can't go wrong with lemon, garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Very good recipe.

These baked lemon fries were fabulous! We made them when we had a friend over for dinner and paired them with a nice grilled steak. They would also be great just for a snack.

Delicious...with a twist!

Raised Italian, with amazing fresh basil in my refrigerator, I improvised a bit with great results. I coated the cut fries with olive oil, garlic and salt before baking...then added fresh chopped basil and a twist of lemon at the end. Couldn't miss...

Wow!

This recipe is fabulous! I use non-stick foil for easy turning. These fries would be great with anything but are particularly good with steak - the lemon flavor of the fries goes really well with rosemary, which I love on steak. Really different and wonderfully fresh!

The fries were easy enough to make and had the perfect crispness with a good soft bite in the center. The whole family enjoyed them (even the mother-in-law) which is a very good sign!

Very tasty!

Served this to company and they were very impressed with the combination of flavors. Didn't see one fry left over on their plates! The only time consuming thing is cutting the fries but it was well worth it.

Not my fav

Not my favorite...the zest did not stick to the fries rather to the bowl.

Delicious!

This is a great foolproof basic "oven fries" recipe. I made them without lemon or garlic the first time because my hubby is picky about things with lemon, and they were "pretty good" by his standards (translation: make again). Tonight I plan to make them the same way with regular sized All-American Burgers with Special Sauce by Ms. Ray. Dinner will be a hit, guaranteed!

Yum!

These fries can be enjoyed by kids and adults and are not that bad for you! I like to mak them with sweet potatoes.

Quick, easy, guilt free, yummy!

The potatoes were as tasty as fries. I did, however, toast the garlic in their skins before peeling and chopping.

I am very impressed with this recipe. The fries are fabulous! We have them for a party and have made them several times since. All our guests love them. The one change we made was to drizzle some lemon juice to the fries after they are done baking (in addition to the zest). The lemon flavoring is surprisingly great with the potatos.

Awesome!

Everyone really liked this dish. My only problems with it was that it took awhile to zest the lemon. Also, you need to watch it closely and stir often so it does not stick to the bottom. Overall really great flavor!
