The whole meal was delicious. I started with a nice bread and olive oil dipping sauce then finished up making this meal. I omitted the egg. It was fantastic with all the different flavors. I highly recommend!

The Lamb was fabulous, but i wouldnt eat it with the leek and plum sauce mixture again. The other veggies were fantastic as well.

I could not find the plum sauce, but made this with only the preserves and it is outstanding! I did find the plum sauce and tried it later - my family still likes the recipe without. The sauce has a bit of a "chili" flavor and we preferred tasting the lamb and sauce without it.

This recipe was a snap to prepare. I had never eaten lamb, let alone cooked it, but Holly's directions are clear and simple. In less than half an hour I had an elegant, and more importantly, flavorful meal on my table. The fresh ingredients are the key to this dish.

My family and I including my 4-year old absolutely loved this meal and I am not a huge lamb fan! The sauce is unbelievably good and would be great with pork or chicken too. Like others, we left out the egg - just a personal choice. Otherwise, we made it exactly as is. You won't be disappointed!

I have made this twice and it is a great, easy recipe- very good for "company". I did not make it with asparagus but instead with green beans and mashed potatoes- great combination. Instead of plum jam, I used plum chutney (Whole Foods has it). Thumbs up!!

Made it with loin chops

I made this dish with loin chops instead, so naturally I had to cook it a longer. Also, I couldn't find plum preserves, so I substituted with red cherry preserves - my family thought this was delicious. Like most everyone else, I omitted the egg. I cook lamb a lot - this was my husband and kid's favorite version.

This recipe was fantastic. We followed it to the letter, but perhaps cooked the lamb a bit longer and it was fantastic. Yum!

I really enjoyed this recipe, but it should probably contain a warning about washing the leeks.

I made the lamb chops portion of this with steamed asparagus on the side - the lamb was wonderful - delicious and different with the sauce. I will be putting this in our dinner rotation - and will definitely make for a dinner party.

I made this recipe for Easter today. It was absolutely delicious, especially the plum sauce. It was easy and finished in under 30 minutes. Guests were impressed and I didn't have to kill myself doing it. I will definitely make this again. I followed the time instructions exactly and the meat turned out perfect!

When I saw this show on TV, it looked good, but I was apprehensive b/c I've never eaten, let alone cooked, lamb. I went to the store and bought all of the ingredients and cooked it the next night. Everyone in my family LOVED it; it was absolutely delicious. Even my 10 year old, who doesn't really like meat, liked this meal. Yes, I did the asparagus and potatoes also, and they were very good. Even though I hadn't prepped anything in advance, it only took me about 45 minutes to prepare this meal. Not bad for a completely new recipe! We LOVED this and can't wait to try the other recipes this week.
