This is a great recipe. But I could not find pear liqueur, so I used a pear port. It was lovely! A surprise for your guests!

Although it was easy to make, I was disappointed that the pear taste did not really come out in this recipe. I made it on two separate occasions, even adding more liqueur the second time. I was looking for more of a pear flavor.
