Robin Miller is great and I use her recipes all the time. However, this recipe was awful. It did not smell apitizing and my husband didn't touch it. I will never make this again.

This carrot-ginger salad is so extremely easy it can be whipped together in just minutes. The results are so good and great the next day. With only two ingredients which can be bought at the store you can make this anytime a small but "good for you" side dish is needed.
