Light and Refreshing 10/10/2006 at 04:33pm User: Varla from Raydon, TN User Rating: Such a light and healthful breakfast treat! Perfect if you're watching your calories and cholesterol. Make sure to double the recipe! Loved this 08/05/2006 at 12:05pm User: LINDA from KANSAS CITY, MO User Rating: Made these kabobs on the grill with Emeril's chicken apple sausage. If you partially cook the bacon in the microwave before threading on the skewers, it'll get crispier. Fantastic brunch item! good 06/01/2006 at 09:44pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I'm not into really crisp breakfast meats, so I usually like to let my sausage and bacon cook right in the grease. But I tried this and it was quite good actually! I think this show has made me a less greasy breakfast meat convert! Thx for lowering my cholesterol FN! Disgusting Greasy Mess 05/30/2006 at 02:25pm User: Anonymous User Rating: These ended up as disgusting greasy skewers of badness. Nauseating 05/30/2006 at 02:04pm User: Anonymous User Rating: The combination of bacon, sausage and bbq sauce was downright nauseating. Sorry. But that's the truth. Burned Up 05/30/2006 at 01:36pm User: Cubs Fan from Northbrook, IL User Rating: The combo of fat and sugar turned the kebob into a flaming torch on the grill!! Everyone was too busy eating to talk!!! good and wonderful 05/29/2006 at 12:25pm User: Anonymous User Rating: What a great way to utilize sausage and bacon! Silence isn't always golden 05/29/2006 at 12:23pm User: Anonymous User Rating: My whole extended family poked at these somberly, each one too polite to say how awful the kabobs were. But the plates returned to the kitchen, still weighed down with greasy sauce-covered breakfast meat, spoke volumes. :-( nasty and greasy 05/28/2006 at 10:21pm User: Anonymous User Rating: What a waste of perfectly good bacon and sausage. super good 05/28/2006 at 09:23pm User: Anonymous User Rating: my kids love onions so I didnt' have an issue with that. :) fab 05/28/2006 at 08:45pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This is a great way to get your family to eat less greasy breakfast meats! This recipe is the answer! these taste better 05/28/2006 at 08:31pm User: Anonymous User Rating: than sausage and bacon cooked the normal way. I think the sauce did it. Delicious sauce 05/28/2006 at 06:33pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This is such a healthy way to cook bacon and sausages because the grease drains off. I will use this method always now. This was terrible 05/28/2006 at 06:26pm User: Riley from Sherman Oaks, CA User Rating: the bacon was raw and the sausage burned breakfast meats rule! 05/28/2006 at 06:10pm User: Anonymous User Rating: and this is a great way to showcase them and drain off some of the fat while cooking! this was so good 05/28/2006 at 05:57pm User: Anonymous User Rating: my husband asked me to make this again liked em 05/28/2006 at 05:39pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I drained my meat so it wasn't greasy. Burned 05/15/2006 at 05:23pm User: Loretta from Lubbock, TX User Rating: Burned to a crisp on my gas grill!! Bad from start to finish 05/10/2006 at 01:42pm User: Anonymous User Rating: It was hard to get the bacon onto the skewers. The sauce dripped off and burned all over my grill pan, basically ruining it. Then no one would touch them. Too sweet 05/08/2006 at 05:58pm User: Anonymous User Rating: the orange juice seemed to make it too sweet. We didn't like it and it wasn't very original. Extremely Unappetizing 05/08/2006 at 05:03pm User: Carlotta from Houston, TX User Rating: The fatty bacon and sausage combined with the sweet sauce and orange juice was extremely unappetizing mixture of grease and sugar. Plus, the suagry sauce burned all over the sausage. It was a BAD idea. I see no cheese in this dish, by the way. Not sure how cheese could have been incorporated, even if you were very clever. really good! 04/09/2007 at 08:44pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I dont know how the other reviewers wound up with greasy kabobs....bacon is greasy but most people put it on pap-er towels after cooking. Not that hard to do! It was really good! Very Fatty 03/27/2007 at 02:36pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Even though people claim that this isn't a fatty meal item -- it was. Very Greasy. We did not enjoy them at all. Thank You Sandra 03/22/2007 at 03:08pm User: Cuddles from East Longmeadow, MA User Rating: I was having such a hard time serving both bacon and sausage at every meal -- I was ready to just give up and eat at Denny's.
