This was so easy to make. It was a rainy day so I broiled the steak and it still came out perfect and was great with the sauce.

I made the flank steak with both sauces and it was excellent. The rub was a great combination of ingredients and the allspice gave it a spicy kick.

WOW! The man of this house usually won't even taste a meat that has any pink to it, but for this one he will! This normally vegetarian (preferably vegan)could turn into a meat eater cooking this one! WOW, I had to take 3 bites! Thanks for a scrumptous recipe

We loved the recipe, however it was too "salty" - next time I'll cut the amount of spices in half, then it should be perfect.

The mustard in the rub added a little something different than I usually use, but I think the amount of each spice was a bit much. The flavor was good, but the spices made a sort of paste on the meat that didn't char well, came off on the grill, and after the meat rested, the spices were kind of a soggy mess.

Even though I did not have allspice, this dry rub was great. It gave great flavor to the flank steak and added a little kick. Can't wait to use this recipe again. Thanks!

this is a wonderful meat. i had never tried it until i saw this show and it looked so easy. it was!!! everyone loves it when i cook this meal.
