Ranging from zucchini to spaghetti squash, I have no problems in finding squash blossoms. My favorite way to cook freshly picked squash blossoms is to dipped them in a simple egg wash and fry them in olive oil with crushed garlic. Simple and very tasty! Bobby Flay's recipe for crispy squash blossoms with pulled pork sounds --- and looks --- GREAT! Now I have one more thing to look forward to this summer. |
