I used packaged kettle chips because it wasn't convenient to make my own. The sauce was "to die" for. I'm on my third round with them for this holiday weekend.
Make two batches...you'll want more

I had a dish similar to this at Chef Flay's Bar Americain. It is insanely good...It is a perfect party food, but make at least two batches, it will fly off the table! This is a must try and a WILL KEEP!
