I abolutely love this dish, and will make it again anda gain. My only complaints were that it was a tad sweet and not what I'd call easy. I'm not a sugar lover. Perhaps the sweetness was because the tomatoes I used already had sugar in them. Next time, I will cut back by 1/4-1/2 on the honey. But even if I had to make the recipe exactly as is, I would. As for difficulty, I aso made the lamb. Since the two dishes required different oven temperatutres, the cooking process was a long one. Definitely worth making, but be prepared.

It a long time to cook all processes but easy and worth it. I added 1 cup lima juice from cooking them instead of water. Makes enough for 6 side servings.
Just like mom used to make!
