I made this recipe for a chili cook-off at my church. Twelve different pots of chili were submitted for judging and this recipe won first place. This is the first time I have ever won and I was thrilled. If you like creamy cheesy chili, you must try this recipe!
Doesn't get any easier than this.

If you know about cin chili, you'll know to get the package mix and always have some made up in the freezer. Then when you want Queso you just thaw out the amount you want and add it to the cheese. The flavor is wonderful.

I do not like the chili on it's own (just not my style) however it is delicious in this queso dip. I made it for our annual Memorial Day BBQ and had so many compliments. It does take a while to make however worth it!
