This is an amazing alternative to the basic BBQ sauce sold in the bottles. It was sweet and tangy and oh so yummy!! Definately a keeper.

This recipe was good and a time saver. I made the sauce at the begining of the week then I used it to do the chicken I really didn't think it would taste good but i already had the sauce so I tried it. It turned out really good.

One of the beautiful things about this recipe is that the basic tomato sauce yields a lot of sauce, so you are able to make enough to last for awhile. I have made this recipe twice, and my guests have enjoyed it both times. I am personally not a fan of bone-in chicken, so I plan to try this recipe with boneless skinless breasts. I am hoping it is just as delicious!

Turning the Pomodora sauce into a BBQ sauce was much easier than expected. I used all the same ingredients but altered their amounts to suit the tastes of my husband and I, it turned out great! As for the chicken.....from here on out I will simmer instead of baking....the chicken just fell off the bone!

this was a hit I served this with some noodle since the sauce was so good the flavor was awesome I changed it a little by baking it in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour be sure and give this one a try it is well worth it

Dave's sauce was really easy to make. Right after, I made the BBQ sauce and finished up the chicken. Real tasty.
