Alot of prep work for the end result. I won't be making these again. They fry up nice and do have a nice after-taste. Too much lemon?

These fritters were so delicious. I usually never fry food, but had to try these. All of my guests were impressed and they all wanted the recipe.

These are so good and so simple to make, I highly suggest making two batches! I made them for a party and they were gone in minutes.

I had high hopes for these but the artichoke and lemon flavors didn't blend well and there was too batter for the ingredients. I also had to add some additional milk because the batter was way too dry. Sorry....

Great appetizer

I love the taste of artichokes with the zest of lemon. What a great appetizer and it is quick too

This went over real well at the dinner I gave, made a roasted red pepper mayo to dip in w/the cream. People made them disappear

These were delicious. Quick and easy to prepare. I made the "batter" a day ahead and it tasted great. The lemony sour cream was a nice addition. The only set back was that I dont have a deep fryer and had to spend quite a bit of time at the stove frying these up....but they were worth it.

Better than they look, and they look good.

These were so easy to make and turned out perfectly golden with little crispy edges. I ended up with way more than 15 fritters because I added some shoestrings of zuchinni, about 1/2 cup. Since I had so many there were some left over which heated up in the oven the next day almost like they were fresh made. They had such a huge artichoke flavor. A can of artichoke hearts is 2.19, one single artichoke is 2.99. You do the math.

Made the Artichoke Fritters for a party I recently had and most of my guests wanted the recipe. Told them to watch the Food Network, especially Party Line with The Hearty Boys.

This recipe was so easy and delicious. I eliminated the scallions and replaced with parsley.Great for company or just as a treat for yourself.
