Bobby Flay's Creole Jambalay 07/21/2007 at 04:56pm User: James from Ticonderoga, NY User Rating: This was a greate recipe,it just needed a little redneck kick! Definitely NOT jambalaya 07/04/2007 at 03:06pm User: Adam from Thousand Oaks, CA User Rating: As a New Orleans native with a passion for great cooking, I tuned in to the Jambalaya Throwdown with interest. Personally, I do a Creole (as opposed to Cajun) jambalaya that's pretty tasty (I'll see if I can post it here). While I've gotten some great recipes and cooking ideas from Bobby, his approach to Creole jambalaya was closer to paella and literally painful to watch. Spactacular 06/03/2008 at 01:48pm User: David from Vancouver, WA User Rating: I felt that he flavor was great. Maybe use a little more liquid. The Preperation part of the dish vary easy for me I also felt it to be enjoyable. I think in the presentation was excellent; however I still would like a little more liquid or soupy. too expensive to make 05/15/2007 at 10:17pm User: Paul from Cleveland, OH User Rating: and too much trouble Excellent 04/17/2008 at 12:59am User: Amalio E from Belize City, OT User Rating: The best jambalaya recipe i've ever tried! Lots of work, but worth it 04/09/2007 at 11:41am User: Katie from Dallas, TX User Rating: Very involved recipe, but good results. Be careful of letting the rice get too dry. Also, I don't think it needs all of the garnishes it calls for! packed with flavor! 02/03/2008 at 02:02pm User: BETH from San Mateo, CA User Rating: Love this one- A bit more prep but worth it! Lot's of flavors and warmth. Happy New Year 01/01/2007 at 05:59pm User: BECKY from perrysburg, OH User Rating: Made this for a crowd for New Year - it was great! Thank you Bobby Fay! |
