This was really good. My micro is a little powerful and these came out slightly overcooked but otherwise the flavor was great.

I now make these all the time for my picky husband. He loves the flavor & the come out nice & crisp & flavorful everytime we make them. I have never used the specialty green beans though. I have used fresh & frozen & both come out great everytime!




The exterior was overcooked

I thought these were really good. Had to go to a specialty grocery store to get the beans but it was worth the trip. They turned out bright and colorful and tender and the flavor was great. Will make again!

Microwaving the beans in lemon juice made them come out very weirdly tough and grey. No one cared for them.

These were so easy to make and they were delicious. They are really great for people that don't have much time to cook, but want food that is healthy and flavorful.

Like everyone said -- the beans were way overcooked and tough. Mine also turned grey. The lemon was too overpowering. This may be a nice idea but the actual recipe is poorly thought out.
