DELICIOUS 10/29/2006 at 06:53pm User: Julianne from Chevy Chase, MD User Rating: This was a great dinner -- it did take longer that 30 minutes, but the end result was great! I can find many uses for the extra sesame mayo. Also, I added a little soy sauce to the slaw. Enjoy! Amazing 10/11/2006 at 03:25pm User: Emily from Madison, WI User Rating: Definitely took way longer than 20 minutes to prep, but other than that, this is an amazing recipe. Easy and delicious. The salmon maintained it's buttery, melt-in-your mouth quality while taking on the perfect balance of flavor. The slaw is a stellar texture compliment. Deliciously difficult! 10/04/2006 at 11:23am User: Eileen from Laconia, NH User Rating: I saw this on Essence on sunday morning and thought it looked great as I am always looking for alternative preparations for salmon. Made it exactly as recipe except used serrachi (sp?) for the heat. They were terrific served with the slaw ON the burgers. The soy mayo was great and I see many applications for that! However, 20 min. prep time? No way...more like an hour, but well worth it! excellent 09/08/2007 at 02:28pm User: Kim from Watervliet, MI User Rating: my husband was very concerned about turning salmon steaks into "hamburgers" but after dinner, he said it was the best way he's every had salmon. I have to remember he's a hamburger gu-ru, too. So he likes the bun, fixin's and meat; the fresh salmon from a recent Alaska trip made it exciting. Great 07/23/2007 at 02:21pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Best burger ever Simply delicious 07/16/2007 at 04:39pm User: Anonymous User Rating: It was so good, no one had any suggestions. The burgers were so juicy and tasty, worked great with the salad. You can eat with or without the burger buns. SO DELICIOUS! A MUST-MAKE! 07/13/2007 at 12:11pm User: Sayuri from Livermore, CA User Rating: I knew these would be delicious as I saw Emeril putting them together. And, ahhhh...was I right. These salmon burgers turn out moist and flavorful. The slaw adds a crunchy and cool contrast and with the softness of the bun, the textures become joy in your mouth. I love these and will try them out for entertaining purposes. Thank you, Emeril! "The Best Salmon Burgers In The World!" 07/03/2007 at 03:00pm User: Hazel from Wilmington, DE User Rating: I cooked these burgers today along with you because I wanted to do something with the leftover salmon that I had in the freezer. It was the best lunch that my family and I have eaten in quite some time. Keep up the good work Emeril!!! Love your show. tasty 07/01/2007 at 04:20pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Nice flavor. Really enjoyed the soy/mayo. (Did not make the slaw.) taste blast 05/18/2007 at 11:23am User: Ana from Queens, NY User Rating: I wanted to make fish a different way - Wow did I get different. Smelled Asian... and sooo good. The lightest, tastiest burger I've had in a while. I actually had one after working out and didn't feel bad at all. I would order this at a restaurant!
