I took this recipe outside and cooked the pork on a cedar plank. It was wonderful. The olives make the pork pop.

Wonderful!

I made this for dinner tonight and the whole family absolutely loved the flavor. The kalamata olives were a great ingredient to the pork. Will make again.

I made this the other night for my husband and I. My husband liked the flavors of the olives and sauce. I thought the flavors did not marry well at all. I was unable to find the sherry vinegar; so I used apple cider vinegar. Perhaps that was the taste difference that I did not like. On the upside the meat turned out juicy and tender but had to cook an additional 20+min than what was listed. Thank goodness for thermometers! We are trying the sandwhiches tonight.

Eat a meal.

The flavor of the sauce was awesome with very little effort. Very easy entree; definitly would serve for guests. Will be fixing the leftover in the Keizer roll sandwiches tonight.

Did not like this !

The flavors did not taste good together and the time given for cooking was way short of what was needed !

Don't make this recipe.

I watched this episode on tv, and it looked easy enough. I followed the recipe exactly. After 25 minutes the sauce burnt and turned into tar on the bottom of the pan, and the roast was still not cooked through after 45 minutes. Very disappointed, nothing like it looked on the show.

So good!

My husband and I loved this recipe and couldn't get enough of the olives. I took a previous reader's criticism about the sweetness and I cut the honey back a little. I will definitely make this again!

This was ok, but the sharp flavor of the olives and the sweet flavor of the sauce totally clashed. It was moist, though. This has potential, but I'm going to change the sauce. I'm going to make it more savory. Or keep the sweet and stuff it with garlic.

Excellent Dinner
